  I feel the staff here are not qualified to work with children. And the owners are clueless to what is really going on in their center. Their staff members were sitting on their cell phones while the children were running around doing whatever (one child climbing back and forth over a gate, where they could have easily bust their head or something). My nephew stopped going here as of YESTERDAY because we noticed a bruise on his cheek that they didn't even mention until my sister asked about it and claimed it to be an incident but when we went to check camera footage, what they said was entirely UNTRUE. the staff who said they knew nothing about it were shown clearly in the camera when another staff member iced my nephews face. not to mention that same staff member snatched my nephew up that same day and justified it by saying my two year old nephew didn't listen but I didn't know that grabbing people's children was protocol for that. Not to mention times in the past when we noticed my nephew was sent home without socks and its COLD OUTSIDE! And he's been sent home with a dirty diaper. Idk how they have 5 stars but I do not recommend this establish to anyone with children
